Chicken Broccoli Casserole 1 lb. fresh broccoli (cut into spears, cooked and drained) 1 1/2 c. cubed chicken 1 can cream of broccoli soup 1/3 c. milk 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1 T. melted Butter 4 T. Ritz cracker crumbs In a 9 in. pie plate or shallow casserole dish, arrange broccoli, top with chicken, combine soup & milk, pour over chicken. sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Combine melted butter & cracker crumbs. Sprinkle over cheese. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 min. or until hot. It's pretty close to Chicken Divan, but it doesn't include curry. I usually add the curry afterwards and mix in. If you want, you could add 1 T. of curry powder to your soup and milk mixture. I hope this works. Love your big bro, Ben
