*This recipe works best if started in the morning, because the longer it cooks, the better! :)
3 - 4 lbs pork roast (or pork loin)
1 onion chopped
sauce:
3/4 - 2 C. brown sugar (weird, but this is what the recipe says - I guess it depends on how sweet you want it)
1/2 C. soy sauce
1/2 C. ketchup
1/4 C. honey
2 T. vinegar
3 cloves minced garlic
1/4 t. ginger
1 t. salt
Slice onion and place on bottom of crock pot. Add roast. Mix sauce ingredients and pour over roast. Cook for 2-3 hours on high and then 4 more hours on low. Shred pork and leave in pot for another 1/2 hour.
