1-3 oz package of each: lime, lemon, orange, red raspberry and blackberry Jell-O
1 pint plus 1 cup sour cream
Dissolve Jell-O in 1 cup boiling water. Add 2 Tablespoons COLD water. Divide in half (2/3 cup each). Put 1st half in glass 9x13 inch pan. Refrigerate 20 minutes. Mix ½ cup sour cream into 2nd half. Pour on top of set mixture. Layer in order given making sure each previous layer is completely set.
This salad takes a while to make, but it is worth it! It tastes really good and kids love all the
Jell-O layers.
